Who we are
Bearded Giant Games is operated by Bacioiu Constantin-Ciprian PFA in Romania. These terms cover our website community and general use of our games. Questions can be sent through Contact or to contact [at] bacioiu [dot] me.
Our games
Enjoy the games you lawfully purchase or download, subject to the store agreement and any licence supplied with that game. Buying a game gives you permission to use it; it does not transfer ownership of its code, artwork, music or other assets. Please do not redistribute paid game copies or assets without permission, except where the law or an applicable licence permits it. Open-source and other explicitly granted licences continue to apply to the material they cover.
The store page describes a game’s supported platforms, requirements and available features. Purchases, delivery and refund requests are handled through the store where you obtained the game, under its terms and applicable law. Contact us for game support. These website terms do not retrospectively replace the conditions of an existing purchase or an included game licence.
Your mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for faulty digital content and any legally required updates, remain intact. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. See EU guidance on digital-content guarantees where applicable.

Website comments
Commenting is optional and free. Use your own Discord or Steam account and meet that provider’s eligibility requirements. You remain responsible for what you submit. Keep discussion relevant and respectful. Criticism of our games is welcome. Do not post spam, threats, harassment, unlawful material, impersonation, someone else’s private information, or content you have no right to share.
You retain ownership of your comments. Submitting one gives BGG permission to store, review and display it as part of the website discussion. This permission is limited to operating the community and handling necessary moderation; it does not transfer ownership to us. You can edit or delete your comments and manage your profile through Your comment data. Other players’ replies remain when you delete your contribution; an anonymous placeholder may preserve the thread.
New comments and edits normally wait for review. The studio may allow trusted accounts to publish immediately. We may hold or remove content, close a discussion, or restrict posting to enforce these rules, protect the service or meet legal obligations. A website posting restriction does not affect your purchased games. To report a comment, use Report or contact us with its page, the issue and any relevant details. To ask for an explanation or review of a moderation decision, use Contact or a private request on your data page.
Steam profile information is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law. BGG is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
Privacy and service availability
The privacy policy and cookies policy describe data use, retention, sign-in cookies and your rights. Discord and Steam authenticate website users under their own terms. Do not try to bypass security, access another person’s records or disrupt the service. The website and comment features may be interrupted for maintenance, safety or technical reasons; we do not promise uninterrupted availability.
Changes and questions
We will date updates to these terms and provide appropriate notice of material changes before applying them where required. Changes do not remove rights you already hold under an existing purchase, licence or mandatory law. Contact the studio if anything is unclear or you need help resolving a problem.
